Las Lagunas Fair 2025 – shows and more shows!
Las Lagunas Fair 2025 will be celebrated from June 25 to June 29 in 2025. The Town Hall has prepared a series of shows that will take place in the Recinto Ferial (fairgrounds) of Las Lagunas de Mijas. The whole town will dance for days! There will also be a funfair and other surprise; come check up close. 😉

Recinto Ferial and how to get there
The Recinto Ferial (fairgrounds) of Las Lagunas is easy to reach, as Las Lagunas is the central part of Mijas, almost indistinguishable from the central part of Fuengirola. You can get there by walking 30 minutes from the Fuengirola Train Station. I’d recommend this method – reach Fuengirola by train (or by bus) then go walking – as on fair days driving is really difficult anywhere close to the fairgrounds.
Typically, in a fair, there are several booths in the fairgrounds. Some belong to different associations of the town and others belong to the Town Hall itself; there can be different activities going on simultaneously in these different spaces, but the programs tend to focus on the events sponsored by the Town Hall, which take place in the Municipal Booth.
The program of the Las Lagunas de Mijas Fair 2025 is divided in two: one for the daytime fair in the Avenida Miguel Hernández, on the last two days of the fair, and another for the Municipal Booth, in the nighttime fairgrounds, every night.
The program doesn’t mention the funfair beyond the first day, but it is likely that it will be there during all the days of the fair. Other locations are shown whenever mentioned. So let’s see the program!
June 25, 2025 – Children’s Day
On Children’s Day, attractions at the fairgrounds dedicated to children will cost only €2.50.
From 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, both the music and the sound of the attractions will be turned off so that children with special needs can enjoy the fair without acoustic barriers.

09:00 pm – Performance by UP dance group, led by Feli Gabriel
10:00 pm – Inauguration of the fair and ‘turning on’ of the artistic lighting.
10:30 pm – Presentation of candidates for queen, king, ladies and companions of Las Lagunas Fair 2025 with performances by Marisol Bizcocho and Álvaro García

June 26, 2025
Municipal Booth at the Fairgrounds
07:30 pm – Children entertainment Quimirock
Quimirock is a music and theater group which mixes rock and science in their theatrical / musical performances. Quite a show for all the family!
09:00 pm – Performance by UP dance group, led by Berni Gabriel
09:30 pm – Children and baby king and queen election at Las Lagunas Fair.
Boys and girls will be able to register to the draw for the election of king and queen of children and baby of the las lagunas minutes before the start of the election.
10:30 pm – Performance by the Manuel Soto and Siempre Así
Free entry to the municipal booth until capacity is complete.
Dinner tribute to our elderly
09:00 pm at María Zambrano School
Performance by a group of 10 elders from the CPA Las Lagunas, under the direction of teacher Maria José Bueno.
The elderly will be entertained with a sangria cocktail and welcomed by the board of celebrations and the municipal corporation.
During dinner, gifts will be given to the grandfather and grandmother of the 2025 fair.
The dinner will be offered to all seniors who, upon registration with the municipal department of seniors, have taken their invitation.
Entry only for seniors of Las Lagunas de Mijas with invitation.
June 27, 2025

The Daytime Fair will take place at Avenida Miguel Hernandez (probably on the parking lot on the corner with Avenida Las Lagunas, shown below).
