Marbella Fair 2025

Marbella Fair 2025, also known as Feria de San Bernabé 2025 and as Feria de Marbella 2025, will happen between June 9 and June 15, with the traditional procession (romería) happening before, on June 01. This Feria is named in honor of the patron saint of the city, San Bernabé. Let’s see up close what Marbella has prepared for its big week in 2025!

I have translated and summarized here the activities of the Feria de Marbella 2025, according to the original program (in Spanish only) that can be found on Marbella’s Town Hall page. I’ve also included locations and the routes that the different parades will follow. I hope you enjoy!

Sunday, June 01 – Romeria Procession

08:30 am at the Plaza de la Iglesia (next to the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación)

Procession
Departure at 09:00 am from the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación until the Ermita del Santo Patrón located in the Parque de Nagüeles.

The procession will depart from Marbella’s Old town towards the Parque Nagüeles, where the other events of the day – mass, music and dance shows and paella distribution – will take place.

Itinerary: departure from the Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación Parish, Calle Carmen, Plaza General Chinchilla, Plaza de los Naranjos, Calle Estación, Plaza de la Victoria, Calle Huerta Chica, Avenida Ricardo Soriano, Plaza Monseñor Rodrigo Bocanegra (pirulí), Avenida Don Jaime de Mora y Aragón, Avenida Buchinger, ending in Parque de Nagüeles.

Once at Parque de Nagüeles, there will be the inauguration of the Monolith in honor to D. Miguel Vida Palomo, who will name the Senda del Parque of Nagüeles that goes from the entrance of the park till San Bernabé’s Hermitage.

Monday, June 09 – Opening of Marbella Fair 2025

Start of the activities and mechanical attractions
7:00 pm at the Night Fairgrounds near Camino de la Cañada.

Official opening of the San Bernabé 2025 Fair and Festivities
10:00 pm in Francisco Cuevas Blanco Park (Terrazas Puerto Deportivo) with the following activities:
– Reading of the opening speech for the San Bernabé 2025 Fair and Festivities, by Ms. Carmen Pastore Domínguez “Pichu”;
– Coronation of the Queens, King, Junior and Junior Ladies, as well as Miss Congeniality and her Ladies of the San Bernabé Fair and Festival 2025;
– Election of the “People’s Queen,” an appointment that will be made by selecting, among the ladies present at this ceremony, the person who stands out for their admirable kindness and friendliness;
– The traditional “Universe” Fireworks Session, with musicians and aeronautical displays launched from the vicinity of Faro Beach.

Tuesday, June 10 – Opening of the Day Fair

Ceremonial act of the Security Forces and Corps
11:30 am in the Church Square

Ringing of bells and National and Andalusian Anthems
Noon at Marbella Town Hall
Local Authorities will place the Banner, a historic relic of our city, on the balcony of Marbella Town Hall.
This will be accompanied by the Municipal Band of Marbella Town Hall

Giants and Bigheads Parade, accompanied by the Marbella Musical Group
Noon, right after the ringing of the bells ceremony, departing from Plaza de la Victoria

Itinerary: Plaza de la Victoria, Calle de la Estación, Plaza de los Naranjos, Calle Nueva, Calle Gloria, Calle Francisco Echamendi, Plaza José Palomo, Calle Enrique del Castillo, Avenida Ramón y Cajal, Paseo de la Alameda, Avenida Ramón y Cajal, Calle Pedraza, Plaza de la Victoria.

Official opening of the Day Fair
1:00 pm in the arch of Parque de la Alameda, next to the Virgen del Rocío Fountain (see below).
First, the plaque that gives its name to the entrance arch to the Day Fair will be unveiled, which on this occasion will be in honor of Radio Televisión Marbella.

Following this, from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the booths set up on Paseo de la Alameda and Avenida del Mar will be open, each with its own programming for the enjoyment of all visitors.

Activities begin at the Mi Hogar Booth, set up in the Plaza del Mercado (see below), which will feature various events:
1:00 pm: Coronation of the Queens and Kings of the Marbella Active Participation Centers for Seniors.
2:00 pm: “Come, Grandpa, to the Fair” program with the Marbella Volunteer Association and DYA-Málaga. Live music and dancing.
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Performance by the Se llama Copla artist María Lozano, accompanied on piano by José Riveros.

Wednesday, June 11 – Civic and religious processions

Civic-Religious Procession
10:00 am at the historic site of the Cruz de Humilladero (Calle Málaga).
Procession led and accompanied by local authorities.
This event will be accompanied by the Municipal Band of the Marbella City Council.

Itinerary: Town Hall, Plaza de los Naranjos, Plaza General Chinchilla, Calle Carmen, Plaza de la Iglesia, Calle Caridad, Calle Misericordia, Plaza Altamirano, Calle Mendoza, Plaza Puente de Málaga, Avenida Nabeul, Calle Málaga and historic place of the Cruz de Humilladero (this last one, shown below).

Gala Parade by the Cavalry Squadron of the Marbella Local Police
10:30 am at Plaza Puente Málaga (Avenida Nabeul)
This parade will join as the Civic-Religious Procession passes by, and will then proceed along the following route:

Avenida Nabeul, Calle Antonio Montero Sánchez, Avenida Duque de Ahumada, Avenida Arias Maldonado, Avenida Ricardo Soriano, Calle Huerta Chica, Plaza de la Victoria, Calle Estación, Plaza de los Naranjos, Plaza General Chinchilla, Calle Carmen, Plaza de la Iglesia (small stop before moving towards Calle Arte, where the Gala parade will head the civic-religious procession till Calle Huerta Chica).

Solemn Mass
11:00 am at the Parish of Our Lady of the Incarnation (Iglesia de la Encarnación)
with the participation of the Our Lady of the Incarnation Choir.

Procession in honor of Saint Bernabé
Following the Solemn Mass conclusion, the procession of Saint Bernabé begins.

Itinerary: departure from the Church (Iglesia de la Encarnación), Plaza de la Iglesia, Calle Trinidad, Calle Salinas, Calle Arte, Calle Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, Plaza Puente Málaga, Avenida Nabeul, Calle Marques de Najera, Plaza Practicante Manuel Cantos, Calle Tetuán, Avenida Ramón y Cajal, Calle Huerta Chica, Plaza de la Victoria, Calle Estación, Plaza de Los Naranjos, Plaza General Chinchilla, Calle Carmen, Plaza de la Iglesia and back to the Church.

Friday, June 13 – Noise-free Day

Activities begin at the Caseta Mi Hogar, located in the Plaza del Mercado, with Los Paisajes Active Participation Center for Seniors and Santa Marta Active Participation Center for Seniors.
2:00 pm – Live music and dance.
4:00 pm – Performance of choir, sevillanas, and flamenco dance workshops.
5:00 pm – Rumba-Bolero performance with “Conchi and José Antonio.”
5:30 pm to 8:00 pm – Live music and dance.

Noon to 2:30 pm on the stage located in Parque de la Represa (in front of Calzados Millán)
with the participation of the following dance academies: Muévete Academy and Alba Donoso Dance School.

Booths open
from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Paseo de la Alameda and Avenida del Mar
Each with its own program for the enjoyment of all visitors.

Activities begin at the Caseta Mi Hogar, located in the Plaza del Mercado, with a get-together between the municipal Active Participation Centers for Seniors.

Marbella Fair is part of the Spanish tradition of celebrating a town’s history every year, with a week-long event that values tradition and community. Suring the fair, Marbella will be even more beautiful, with locals celebrating Marbella, San Bernabé and more than anything, life. Fair time is a very special time.
